SHIPPED by the Grace of GOD, in good Order and well-conditioned, by GARRET RAPAJE, in and upon the good Vessel called the Duke of Cumberland whereof is Master, under God, for this present Voyage John Goodrich and now riding at Anchor in the Harbour of New-York, and bound for Falmouth
To say,

Being marked and numbered as in the Margins, and are to be delivered in the like good Order and well-conditioned at the aforesaid Port of London (the Danger of the Seas only excepted) unto Same& Emal Elam____ or to there Assigns, he or they paying Freight for the said Goods

With Primage and Avarage accustomed. IN WITNESS whereof the Master of Purser of the said Vessel hath affirmed to three Bills of Lading, all of this Tenor and Date ; the one of which three Bills being accomplished, the other two— to stand void. And to God send the good Vessel to her desired Port in Safety. Dated in New York the fourteenth Day of Octo-- 1763
